At the Hotze Health & Wellness Center, we treat our patients as guests and, as such, provide each guest with the finest care and service possible.
Each guest is assigned a personal Guest Consultant to help answer any questions that they may have and to serve as a personal liaison between the guest and the staff and resources of the Hotze Health & Wellness Center.
Our Guest Consultants are specially trained to provide:
• in-depth Information about our services
• review the medical history of the patient with the patient
• help guests determine which, if any, of our services might benefit them
• schedule their questionnaire appointment, new guest appointment and consultation
appointment.
• provide guests with the questionnaire and instructions about their appointment
• assist our out-of-town guests with information on our complimentary town car service
and hotel recommendations.
Simply put, our Guest Consultants are here to make our guests’ visit to the Hotze Health & Wellness Center as comfortable, productive and enjoyable. We hope you will agree!
